The OSS Orthopaedic Hospital is the first and only free-standing facility in the York area dedicated exclusively to orthopaedic surgery. It is owned and operated by the physicians of OSS Health. Joint Commission Accreditation 
The OSS Orthopaedic Hospital received its Joint Commission Accreditation indicating that the hospital complies with the highest national standards for safety and quality of care and is committed to continually improving its patient care. The OSS Orthopaedic Hospital also received Joint Commission Disease-Specific Certification for Joint Replacement surgery of the hip and knee. This indicates that OSS's joint replacement program complies with the most stringent standards of performance as established by the Joint Commission to help ensure the best care and outcomes for patients needing a joint replacement.
